MOTOR CAR STRUCK.

NEW YORK, October 26;

The AstoriarOolumbia» passenger train struck an automobile, carrying the vehicle for a distance of 100 yards on the cow-catcher.

Mr Thomas Mac Gibbon, a business man, was killed. The other occupants escaped without a scratch.
