ALLEGED, INFRINGEMENT OF PATENT. (Received Last Night, 9.50 o'clock.) By Telegraph — Press Association. SYDNEY, October 19. The Australasian Wire-less Company have advised their London agents (Siemens Brothers and Colo), holders of the patent rights for Australia and New Zealand of the quenched siuging spark system of wireless "telegraphy, that they have taken an action against the Marconi Company fo" an alleged infringement of their patent*.
