The revenue of the Dominion for the half year ended 30th September totalled £4,747,336, ,as compared with £4,172,794 for the corresponding period of 1910. The amounts in the different (departments were asunder:— iGusfcoms, 1911, £1,610,589, ;i9lO, £1,427,103. Stamp iiepai-tnient, £5Q7j577, £352,992; Stamps*,' Post smd Telegraph, £414,390, £371,797; Post and Telegraph cash receipts, £97,761, £87,853; Land and Income Tax, £17,755; £28,018; ' Beer duty, £54,624, £50,766; Railways, £1,712,748, £1,550,910; Registration and other .fees, £48,218,. £35,135; Marine, £23,032,' £20,850; Miscellaneous, £153,944, £136,085; Territorial,' £106,698, £111,285; Total, £4,747,330, £4,172,794. For the year ended 30th September the revenue totalled £10,815,704, •against £9,545.675 for the twelve months ended 30th September, 1910.
