A LABOURITE'S OPINION VOIIWU AU&ORDINti TO CONSCIENCE. (Received Last Night, 9.40 o'clock.) LONDON, October 16. Mr George Lansbuxy, Labour M.P., speaking at Bradford*, said that, despite the Hon. D. Lloyd-George, if tihe Liberal, Tory, Labour and Irish parties voted each according to their conscience, the Insurance Bill would not luave a gjtuoet of a chance of reaching the Statute Book.
