A ROMNEY FAIR.
Tlie proposal to hold a fair in Master toil in connection witlh the Romney Marsh Breeders' Association is one of comsidarajble importance to the whole csf .the Dominion. Tihe object is to bring together the picik of the stud flocks, and to allow buyers to compete for them under the hammer. X;ivder existing circumstances, the stud mmjs are sold privately for one or two season® ahead, and owners have not an opportunity of tesimi; the market. If the experiment bo be made by the Romney Breeders' Association yhould iprove successful, it will doubtless be followed by (>th<.r | Associations in the Dominion.
