(Received October 12, 9 a.m.) LONDON, October 11. Mr John Redmond 'has inaugurated a London campaign in favour of Home Rule. The Irish, he said, were not, as had been represented, fools or criminals who were setting themselves to the devil's "work of still further dividing Ireland and endeavouring to wreak vengeance on the Ulster men who do not kneel at the same altar.
