(Received October 11, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 10. Sir Edward Strachey. Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture, states that the foot and mouth disease in Somerset is serious. In nine centres ■ the disease ia not traceable to foreign feeding stuffs.
