The first part of the Moroccan agreement has been agreed to and initialled.; ■..;■■..'"•; The Pan-German press is urging the Gove*nment to seize a favourable opportunity to break off the negotiations with France regarding Morocco. It is declared that Britain is now embarrassed by the Tripoli -war and , would be unable to aid France. PAMS, October 10. Public opinion is showing a renewal of impatience at the slowness of the Moroccan negotiations, and the dfelay is tending tojthe growth of a sentiment against offering Germany the proposed compensation in the Congo in return for a-withdrawal of her pretensions in Morocco.
