[To The Editor.] Sir,— Is it true that Mr J. T. M. Hornsby, who is now angling for the iNo-license vote, stigmatised the temperance party ias ' 'cranks and faddists" when lie, edited the Carterton "Leader"?—l am, etc., FEATtiERSTON ELECTOR. (We cannot say. But if it be true, there is nothing reimarkable in the thing. A man, even a politician, is entitled to change his opinion, if he does so 'honestly.- 1 - Ed. Age).
