THE POLITICAL CAMPAIGN.
A LABOUR -CANDIDATE'S OPENING; WELLINGTON, Last Night. Mr A. H. Hindmarsh, Labour candidate for Wellington South,, delivered 4ns opening speech to-night. He said school teachers should receive higher Ipay. The workers had lost confidence in the Arbitration Court. A new party was needed, the present Government having failed to do anything for the democracy.
