PERSIAN TROUBLE.
(Received October 10, 8.5 a.m.) TEHERAN, October 9. The Government forces occupied Hainadan twelve hours after Solor ed Dowleh had disbanded the troops, and left for Europe, via Bagdad, declaring that he would return in the spring with better military equidment.
