AFFAIRS AT TRIPOLI.

(Received October 10, 11.5 a.m.) ROME, October 9. The bombardment of Tripoli was opened with 12-inch guns at 7$ miles range. The Turks' Krupp guns were useless 'beyond 5£ miles range. Bedouin cavalry nightly scour the outskirts, hoping to attract the Italians out ot the town. The Turks occupied an entrenched camp until the Italian shells dispersed them.
