LONDON WOOL SALES. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency .Company, Limited, have received the following cable fro?n their London house, Milder date 3rd; inst., regarding the progress of the sth series of London wool sales:—As compared with last sale* closing rates prices are about the same for greasy merino super and greasy crossbred lambs; lower by about par to five per cent for greasy merino medium, and cor.nse greasy crossibred; lower about five per cent for lambs, line crossbred, coarse scoured crossbred, crossbred slipe, greasy merino inferior, and scoured merino super; lower by about 5 per cent to per cent for scoured merino medium and inferior, and medium crossbred. The sales progress firmly, but there is some irregularity in the bidding. America is not operating.
