At the New Zealand vLa4ies'Golt Cliampionship meeting;-..the fourth heat of the championship was played to-day, in fine weather. Miss Gould (Otdgo) b&at Mrs tf. Turnbull, 6 up and 4 to play; Mrs Ronald Onbell (North. Otago) beat Mrs Guy Williams. (Masterton), 2 up; Miss L. Brandon (Wellington) beat Miss Wood (Ohrisrtehurcnj 5 to. 4 ; Miss Collins (Wellington) beat Miss N. Campbell (Ohristchurch) 3 and A Bogev Handicap was also played, with, "the following results:— Handicap 15 and under: Miss Nora Brandon 11, all square; Miss-Oowh-sbaw, 9, 1 down; Miss Dorothy Booth 9, 1 down; Mrs Goiy Williams 2, 1 down. Handicap 16 and over: Miss Gray 14, 2 up; Miss. P. Anderson 17, 2 down; Mrs Firth, 18, I down. A teams match, .North Island v. South Island, will be played in conjunction with the Coronation Medal to-morrow.
