A SIGNIFICANT MOVE (Receive"; Last Night, 5.5 o clock.) PARIS, September 30. Germany is seeking an assurance of the method of executing economic provisions in the Morocco agreement, being desirous, inter alia, of guarantees regarding the free export of minerals. Some critics urge the Government to beware of surprises, as the neiv proposals coincide with the discharge of French time-expired men, the Toulon disaster, and the Tripolitan crisis.
