THOMPSON-PAYNE PICTURES. The .Foresters' Hall was well filled again last levelling, when, the current prcgramime w'ais shown for the second time. A first-class> series' of pictures was presented, the dramas in particular being very good. "The Still Ala nn" was a- splendid .study, in which the famous Los* Angeles Fire Brigade is* seen at work. "The Cheyenne's Love" is am interesting Indian story. One of the finest educative films ever presented at the Foresters' Hall .shi>w\s the vasitness of the work of constructing the Panama Canal, the machinery used being a revelation. The programme is one that can be thoroughly ed. t A ispecial matinee for children, at wlhich all new pictures will be shewn, ■will''" fee held this aifternoon, and the programme will be repeated for the last time to-night.
