A DECLARATION OF WAR. WHAT MAY BE EXPECTED.

VIENNA, September 29.
The "Neue Freie Presse" learns authoritatively from a diplomatic source that Turkey's answer to the ultimatum will be a declaration of war.
Hostilities will be confined to Tripoli. The conflict in European Turkey will be conducted' in the economic field. .;
All Italians in Turkey will be expelled in twenty-four Aours, and notice will be served to the commercial treaty. Italian goods will be boycotted. The, announcement that Italy will land troops ou Turkish soil will be met with armed force. Tt is understood that Bnjjrnria will remain quiet. . ,
