EXCHANGING MILITARY OFFICERS
BETWEEN AUSTRALIA AND NEW
ZEALAND
Received This Morning, 12.30 o'clock. MELBOURNE, September 28. The Federal Government has agreed to a suggestion made by the New Zealand Government that- military officers be exchanged, but in view of the difficulties confronting the Defence Department in connection with the introduction of the new Defence system, it is suggested hot to commence until the end of 1912.
