THOMPSON-PAYNE PICTURES.
Another large audience was present at the second production of thecurrent pnbgraanme at the Foresters' Ball last evening. The.dramas were certainly the presented for some-time past. • "Has Mother " was a particularly good picture, the sitory being a very touching%ie. The acting all thlrougjh ,vaa good, and the theme such, as [to keep the closest attention of the, j audience. "The Aching Void" was a delightful type of drama, in which 'the Vitagrnpib child actress took a leading;'part. The Vitajraph Company's artists were seen to advantage in another domestic drama of a pleasing nature, entitled ' 'Hungry Hearts," Kitty CosteUo again being seen at her best. Of the other dramas "The Bad Man's First Prayer' and "In the Days of '49" had much' to ; recommend them. A nr.miber of comedy, comic and scenic .pictures completed a firbt-dtass programme, which, will be presented for the last time this evening. /
