OMINOUS MOVEMENT
INTENSE EXCITEMENT PREVAILING.

CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 25
Official circles are" alarmed at the Italian VAce-Consul at Dardanelles boarding at Locieta Nozionales, I the steamer from, Roumania, and compelling the passengers for Constantinople to land within half an hour. The Roumania has returned to Italy without landing her mails. Several! Italian merchant steamers lhave left Ottoman ports at the instance of the Italian. Consuls without cargoes. One explanation is a precaution against the impending boycott of Italian goods and .shipping. The Porte has demanded from Italy an explanation of the foregoing movements. Rumours of the landing of Italian troops in Tripoli' are intensifying the excitement. VIENNA, September 2-5. The Tripoli question is causing great disquiet. { It is feared that the Turkish resentment will be vented upon Bosnia and Herzegovina.
