MOROCCAN TROUBLE
OFFICIAL ASSURANCE REICHSTAG'S RE-ASSEMBLING POSTPONED.
(Received Last Night, 11.10 o'clock.)
BERLIN, September 22. Both French and German official sources have given assurances that the Moroccan trouble has been adjusted. The Reichstag's re-assembling has been postponed from the 10th to the 17th proximo. This is interpreted as a desire to gain time for the preparation of an agreement for submission to Parliament.
