Mir Bourassa, wlio is a powerful orator, claims that Canada shlould aid .England in the defence of flier own territory, but should play no part in the wars which she might dclarte in any or all parts of the world. In other words, the people o c Quebec have condemned the frenzy which, is beimg displayed in matters of Imperial defence.
