THE MOTHER DIES.

SYDNEY, September 21. Mrs Olsen, who was living at Newton, a suburb of iSydney, quarrelled with her daughter. The latter 1 drank a portion, iof the contents of a bottle of ly&ol. A boarder went tin search of a doctor, and on returning found that the motliier had drunk the remainder of the poison. The. mother has died, but the daughter is recoverting.
