WHAKATAKI GUN CLUB
(From Our Timui Correspondent.)
The Wiuakataki Gun Club held thtear monthly day pigeon match last Saturday. The matcih wias for the Club's trophy and a siweepstakie. Unfortunately -toere was a howlring gale billowing, and in consequence only a few shootists were present. An' allcomers' match will be fired in Tinui next Saturday afternoon. Scores:— 12 BIRD MATCH. T. W. Groves, 15yds 9 G. A. Bellis, 11yds 8 C. Bellas, 13yds .' 7 H. O'Kane, 13yds 7 o. H. Barty, loydis, retired. W. H. Brooks, 14yds, retired.
