MASTERTON STOCK SALE.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report as follows on their weekly sale at Solway. yesterday: —The offering was confined to fat sheep, all of which sold under the hammer. The inclement weather of late was responsible for the absence of store sheep entries. Best wethers made 19s 7d; others 19s; wethers and ewes, 17s 7d; fat ewes, best, 17s; others, 16s 6d.
