It was understood that the difficulty with regard to the Palmerston Showground's that the reduction of the rente! asked from £4OO to £2OO hadeffected a settlement, bait there is no official intiimation to this effect, and we are informed that it is not the case. lit is higWy desirable that every facility should be given for. the camps here."
