RAIN IN MARLBOROUGH.

BLENHEIM, Las* Night. As a_ resuli of the heavy rain on Sunday and to-day the Wairau river is flooded, and the smaller streams are carrying a large quantity of water. The Nelson coach was an hour and a half late in arriving in Blenheim, and the driver reports that in one plliace the water'entered the coach. There isi no danger of Blenheim being flooded provided tihe Taylor does not rise unduly.
