The-death occurred yesterday afjfcernoon of Mir•; Henry Burling, the, of Wadkan- ><?, dfcaki, aged 110 years: The deceased enjoyed good health till five weeks ago, wihem''he> contracted brcmchitiff, followed' by a paralytic "Woke, partly depriving him of the s#>wer of speech. The deceased dded peacefully, A amidst savarial relatives, ideatih being expected. There are fcaid to be over 600 living descen<Jarats of .the deceased-. Henry Burling and Mrs Sarahi Goodin, Both of ihd Wairaraipa, are his children. [Another, Mr Aiifour Burling, resides at Wadkanae. A large number of relatives live in various parts'of |he /Wiairarapa. The funeral svill take place on Wednesday, at Qfcaki, and is expected to be a representative on©. A number of mourners from the iWlairarapa are expected.
