BREMEN ESPIONAGE CHARGE.

LONDON, September 15
Stewart, who was arrested on suspicion of espionage at Bremen early in August, affirms in a letter tihat he does not belong to Uhe British Secret Service and had no plans or photographs in his possession. He does not speak German, and a'dds that it is.a case of mistaken identity. The Germans believe that he is connected with the Borkum case, but he contends that he knows nothing or it. He will not be tried until November.
