MAROONED EMIGRANTS.

(Received September 16, 10.30 a.m.^ LONDON, September 15. The Governor of St. He leu* gus informed the Colonial Office that there is a sufficiency of provisions for the emigrants' requirements. The matron has cabled that theemigrants are all well. If the Papanui's owners do not take immediate steps to send a vessel, the Governor, under tiio provision of the Merchant Shipping Act, will take measures to secure the emigrants' conveyance to their destination.
