Mr A. H. Herbert addressed the electors at Kakarikif, and Mr G. R. Sykes at Piutara on Saturday night last. 'Mr .Sykes speaks at'Newmin to-night. It is understood tßat Mr A. W. Hogg, M.P., will not commence his campaign until Parliament jxkk rogues, which will probably be about the end of October.
