ANNUAL MEETING. -
.. The atnnual general . meeting of OjpakT Rifle Club was held in 'Messrs: ITing and Henry's, shop last evening, there being a large attendance of members. Captain W.' J. kWelribi- oopupii'ed the chair, and geni eral business'vftas transacted. The balance sheet allowed t&e GLuh to be in a sound financial state, and the report indicated that the Club had had 1 a very successful season. In propo s.ing the adtoption of the report and balance sheet, the chairman con graituKated the members' of the GLub on their .succeasesi,.. and also the retrrihg.. secretary on the able manner in wMoh he htad.oaarried out ' his; duties'. > '; Pour new menalbers vfere elected to the .Club. : . Trophies for the coming were offered) by Messrs' R. J. .Dagg, A. Beetham arid J. K. Blinkhorne.
