A .splendid example of the utilisation of wiaste products tis shown, for instance, in the .'business of tfhe Armour Meaft Works',, of •Chicago, which, for ,some years past has totaled.' over six anilldon. pounds. Out of these waste prodiucts alone Biabstanitiad dividends were paid. The question is "whether the- Government, instead of establishing works, .which the 'Budget would indioaitfe, would! not better further the purpose th&t they desire by offering a bonus, to producers.
