THE MANCUVRES CONCLUDING (Received This Morning, 1.15 o'clock.) BERLIN, "September 14. The manoeuvres are concluding. General Von Der Goltz's army, representing the defenders against the so-called English invaders, retrieved their unfortunate position, the Guards Cavalry Division brilliantly capturing the hill at the lances' point. The Kaiser personally thanked the aviators. In one case information was secured in thirty five minutes, which would otherwise taken a . strong force of cavalry four hours to convey.
