NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates, of the Meteorological Office this evening issued the following summary and forecast:— ' TOie barometer has fallen everywhere, and easterly and northerly winds l increased strong to gale, especially in tibie nontstarnmciSit districts, and! on the West Goi>~ ,:f the South Island. Rain has fallen in those paints, and unsettlod and cloudy conditions spread elsewhere on Siundiay. Pre&emit indications jare for cloudy, and unsettled weather generally and rain inmosti.parts of ithe country Northerly winds, strong to gale, and veering to. westerly.. l The barometer is unsteady at present in the South, but has a falling tendency everywhere.
