INCREASING IN VIOLENCE INCITING PLACARDS IN PARIS. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) PARIS, September 9. The food riots are increasing in violence, and are becoming wider-spread, "With Oubaix as the storm centre. , Inciting placards have been placed in many quarters of Paris, but up to the present without result.
