The mime Minister now proposes to ■adopt the very scheme wfolioh precipitated Mr Hogg's retiiirem&nt. Tihere are. now; only two honourable ccarses open, ,to Sir Jtosepili Ward. He should either re-call' Mr Hogg to the Ministry, iand express his regret for having referred so iH-adviisedily amd conitempituousily to his proposal, or he /sihouldl himrsieillf retire and allow some person' whose pred/ilections are not iso revokutionairy to- control the affairs of the country.
