The Minister of Foreign Affairs, in reply to a question, announced that "the .Monarchists have concentrated on the frontier, and would enter Portugal to-day. , , •' AH necessary preventive measures have been taken, and the movement will be quelled at the first shot. It would not attain the proportions of a skirmish.
