LABOUR UNREST. (Received September 7, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, September 6. It is estimated that the Rhondda Valley strike depleted the South Wales Federation funds by £IOO,OOO, while the donations from English and Scottish Societies, , totalling £75,000-; were also dissipatect. The printers' strike in London cost the Society £40,000 in six months.
