SEPARATION ORDERS.

CASES,AT CARTERTON. (Before Mr L. G. Reid. S.M.) . Turley v. Turley, wife's application for separation order and custody of the children. The case was adjourned from last Court day to give the parties an opportunity to adjust their differences, Mr Pownall appeared for defendant, and Mr Hart for the wife. Mr Pownall said defendant was willing to agree to plaintiff having custody of one child, and give 7s 6d per week for the other. The wife did not want maini tenance. Mr Hart opposed, and asked that the wife have charge of both tha children. His Worship granted thet separation and custody of the children! by the wife, defendant to pay £1 per week towards the support of wife and family, first payment to be made oni October Ist. Oosis of the proceedings' were also given against defendant. Wadham, Y- Wadham, wife's app&» cation for separation and custody of the children. Mr Pownall said he was pleased to .say'a reconciliation had taken place, and the proceedings were withdrawn. Has Worship said he was glad of. the result of the adjoumimeßit, and struck out the case.
