EX-SHAH'S FOKGE ROUTED. LEADER WOUNDE DAND A PRISONER. (Received September 7, 8.5 e.m.) TEHERAN, September 6. The Bakhtiari cavalry, fighting with magnificent dash, decisively routed the ex-Shah's forces under Emam Jade Jaffar, near Veramin, 35 miles south-east of Teheran. Colonel Haase, a German, commanding the Government artillery, worked a Mitrailleuse. Arshad-ed-Dowleh was severely wounded, and was captured, with two hundred and fifty men and four guns. Eight of Arshad's men were killed. Reuter's Agency states that Arshad will be executed.
