E. McLachian (sister of the bridegioom) and Mavia Chdsholm as bridesmaids. The latter wore handsome gold bracelets, the gift of the bridegroom. Mr T. D* MeLachlan was best Man. The marriage ceremony was performed by the Rev. A. T. Thompson, 8.A., B.D. At the conclusion of the ceremony, a number of guests were entertained at the Arcadia tea-rooms, when the usual toasts were honoured. Mr and Mrs "MeLachlan left for Wellington on their honeymoon tour.
