FIRES IN GLASGOW.
(Received September 5, 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, September 4. The Co-operative Society's premises at Glasgow were burnt. The damage is estimated at £IOO,000. . Another fire destroyed twelve business places at Trongate, including the historic Trontine house, and, endangered other historical sports, in eluding the Glasgow Cross. Four firemen were seriously injured. The damage is estimated at £60,000.
