(Received.September 5, 11.30 a.m.) ■OTTAWA, September 4. Mr Borden, leader of the Opposition, is strenuously campaigning in the eastern provinces. He claims that Sir Wilfrid Laurier's influence is vanishing. Sir Wilfrid Laurier has returned to Quebec from Ontario. He is ill as the result of sea-sickness when going to Prince Edward Island.
