The arranging of a diaite for the hcddang of a Bulb Exhibitions was left by tlhie 'Maatertoni Horticultural Society tto Mr AM. Booitih, of Hawarden". Mir Booth had promised to .send Ms foil ooltecitio'ai for exhibition., and the Horticultural Society have accepted i&aturdlay, 16th inist., as the on© most isaiitable to Mr Booth. Oltßfcuea- growers are being conumiunioaited with, asking for exlhibits. Anyone interested, members oir nton-membeffiS of Sccpeit-y, a-ive iiwd ; t>e'd; t<? send apecamms of ilneir bulbs. They will be cfliaiss&fied and judged, and. it is hoped to arrange with the judge to explain /the different points.. No eotiry fete wiill be .charged, and too prize® aavflirded beyond 'tthe Society'is prize c&wl. It is hoped itl rffiig way to entiounage ■the @rawiing of' Spring flowers, aaid maybe the Society will feel encouraged at isome future date to 'hold a Spring Show.
