LABOUR UNREST.
(Received September 4, 8.50' a.m.) LONDON, Sepember 3. Owing to the non-Unionist difficulty, the Western Miners' Anthracite Association at Swansea has authorised notices in connection with five collieries, employing eighteen hundred men. Sis hundred men .are idle from the same reason at Great Mountain Colliery.
