"STAND FIRM, WILLIAM." (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) BERLIN, September 2. On quitting a parade ground, the Kaiser Wilhelm was lollowed by cheering crowds. A voice shouted, "Agadir! Stand firm. William, the people are behind you!"
