GLOVER FOUND GUILTY.

The wharf pillaging cases, were coaitimiued to-day, when. Arthur Glover pleaded 'not guilty .to charges of faamzug istolen Ithnee case-Si ©f drapery, tihe property of Milne and, Ohoyoe, and .-with" having 'forged a telegram purporting to foe <ani authority, on.' request, for delivery of .the- goods, and of (having isant ia false .telegram, purporting to hie isdgned oy "A. Ttanfi&ld." The jury, after deliberating for several (hounsi, (returned a verdict ef guilty'on' the counts' charging prisoner with hlaving forged rbbe telegram, and having sent a falsegram, and mot guilty on the counts charging him with thieft and receiving. The jury also found that isamioe ftihe date of thie sending of the telegram, tin© prisoimeir had 'actfed in collusion, with 'Ehrmain. Sentence" was deferred.
