THE) CORONER'S INQUEST.

At the Carterton' Court on. Tiiesday, before the Coroner, 'Mr J. T. M'. Horinisiby, ' an. inquest wais held on the body of !tihe imam Michael Byrne, found drowned in a creek in Te Wharau. The evidence showed that deceased had ibeein. worried over money matters. He also suffered from d.nisommia. The medical evidence ehowed that deceaised' died from asphyxiation, caused by drowning. A verdict of suicidei whilst temporiarily insane was returned.
