John Stella, a farmer, of Ohiakuney was charged in the S.upreme Court txxlay with killing and 1 stealing a pig at Rang&tara on July 14-ih, the property of Martin Drisooll. The accused shot the pig with a on his own property, and nexit night wias eaughffc by three witnesses carting the pig awsy. The a.ecused said lie took the pig . for a wild one. I After the jury'had retired for am hour and l a quarter, they returned a verdict of not guilty.
